Requests
When you send the request form, the website passes to us your name, phone number or email, the type of event, format, date, number of guests, venue and message (if you filled them in), the page language, the campaign labels from the address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the domain you came from. The request reaches us as an email: Cloudflare sends it from the website’s address to our Gmail mailbox. If a Telegram bot or a request spreadsheet is connected, a copy goes there too. The website does not keep the request in its own database. These details are needed to reply and arrange a performance (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); campaign labels show which advertising brings enquiries (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)). Advertising click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid are not collected. The WhatsApp link prepares a draft that you review and choose whether to send. The form does not ask for details about children.
Running the website
Cloudflare serves this website and processes technical information such as IP address, request time and browser information for delivery and security. The request form may be protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile: it evaluates technical signals from the browser and asks for a click only when in doubt. Security and availability rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare may keep technical logs under its own rules.
Optional analytics
After consent, Umami helps measure page visits, contact button clicks and allowed campaign labels. Consent is the legal basis (Article 6(1)(a)). We do not send your message, telephone number, email or event date to analytics. You can withdraw consent in privacy settings. Umami uses no cookies, but like any request, sending statistics passes technical information such as the IP address.
Services and retention
WhatsApp and Instagram apply their own terms when you choose to use them. Umami Cloud provides analytics on our behalf; on the current plan statistics are kept for up to six months. Request emails are kept in our Gmail mailbox (Google). Correspondence is kept as needed to respond, fulfil arrangements, meet mandatory obligations and resolve claims; this is separate from browser storage lifetimes.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion and restriction, and where applicable portability or object to processing. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
